Data Deletion Instructions
You may request deletion of personal information processed by Adaptive Agent in connection with an integrated application or messaging service.
How to request deletion
Send a deletion request to metimatoza@gmail.com with the subject “AAA Data Deletion Request”. Include enough information to identify the relevant interaction without sending passwords, API keys, access tokens, or other secrets.
Useful identifying information can include the messaging phone number or address used, the approximate date of the interaction, the organization or service you contacted, and—if known—an external message or workflow identifier.
What happens next
We will use the supplied information to locate records attributable to the request, verify the request when reasonably necessary, and delete or de-identify applicable personal information from systems under our control, subject to information that must be retained for security, fraud prevention, legal obligations, dispute resolution, or other legitimate requirements.
Where information has already been transmitted to an independently controlled third-party provider or destination configured by an organization, deletion from that third party may require a separate request to that organization or provider.
Do not send secrets
Never include passwords, API keys, provider credentials, access tokens, or cryptographic secrets in a deletion request.
