Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how Adaptive Agent (“AAA”, “we”, “our”) processes information when organizations use AAA to receive, automate, and deliver messages and workflow data, including through WhatsApp Business integrations.
Information we process
Depending on the configured integration and workflow, AAA may process message content, sender or account identifiers, phone numbers or messaging addresses, display names, external message identifiers, timestamps, workflow inputs and outputs, and technical information required to operate, secure, diagnose, and audit the service.
How information is used
We process information to receive requested communications, execute configured workflows, generate structured workflow results, deliver those results to configured destinations, prevent duplicate processing, maintain security and audit records, and diagnose service failures.
Service providers and AI processing
A configured workflow may send relevant workflow content to an AI provider or other service provider selected by the organization operating that workflow. Organizations are responsible for configuring their providers, integrations, workflows, and lawful basis for processing.
Storage and security
AAA stores information required by configured workflows and operational records. Integration credentials and secrets are protected separately from ordinary workflow data. Access to management functions is authenticated and scoped. Retention may vary according to the configured service and operational requirements.
Sharing
Information may be transmitted to providers and destinations explicitly configured for a workflow, and to infrastructure providers necessary to operate AAA. We do not sell personal information.
Deletion and requests
Users may request deletion of information associated with their use of AAA or an integrated service. See Data Deletion Instructions.
Third-party platforms
Use of WhatsApp and other third-party services is also subject to the terms and privacy practices of those providers.
Changes
We may update this policy when the service or applicable requirements change. The current version is published at this URL.
