Terms of Service
These Terms govern use of Adaptive Agent (“AAA”), a service for receiving data from configured sources, executing automated workflows, using configured AI and integration providers, and delivering workflow results.
Authorized use
You may use AAA only for lawful purposes and only with data and external services that you are authorized to access and process. You are responsible for the workflows, credentials, destinations, and third-party services you configure.
Third-party services
AAA can connect to messaging platforms, AI providers, APIs, and delivery endpoints. Those services are governed by their own terms. Availability or behavior of a third-party service is not controlled by AAA.
Automated and AI-generated results
Workflow results may be generated or transformed automatically, including by AI models. Such results can contain errors and should be reviewed as appropriate for their intended use.
Security
You must protect credentials and access keys issued to or used with AAA and must not knowingly attempt to bypass access controls or interfere with the service.
Availability
The service may be changed, interrupted, or unavailable due to maintenance, infrastructure failures, third-party services, or other operational causes. No uninterrupted availability is guaranteed.
